Yes, I agree completely. And I feel Charles cemented my thoughts on this even more than before.
I believe they smartly built the AirTrain system with the provision that heavy rail could use it one day if it was so desired at some point. For now, and unless or until that happens, what is there now is fine, and a vast improvement over before it was built.
