Not everyone wants to have $4 left to go ride the bus or subway if they don't plan on riding the bus or subway!The vast majority of the people using the Howard Beach station is using NYCT to get there. There is not some disproportionate amount of people walking from homes in Howard Beach to go to the airport. |
