The only transit agency that has turned towards loco-hauled coaches in lieu of MUs is NJ Transit. Lets hope they see the error of their ways when the Arrow III's are due to be retired...which can't be too far off. Both push-pull and MU's have their own advantages and disadvantages, a transit system really can't commit to just one type. |
