So it's the fault of the federal government?Yes, in the sense that they refused to pay for light rail and the commonwealth of Massachusetts was busy paying for the 'Big Dig' highway project. As it us, the MBTA is currently broke thanks to the massive interest payments they are making for previously-built projects. |
