Which is why I would include the Nassau connection in Phase 3, with SAS trains joining the Nassau line at either The Bowery or Canal Street. Doing so would prevent most T trains from having to terminate at Houston for several years while the Water Street branch is being built.As noted, the terminal tracks at Chatam Square as I would do them would include the provision to later make them through tracks to Water Street, with Chatam Square being a four-track line. |
