It is too long.It is only 74 pages long, and it is not the full FEIS . That's just the summary. Why don't you summarize it since you actually bothered to read the entire FEIS. That is the summary. Happy reading! Why don't you tell me what is on the second paragraph of Page 53? It is part of a cost-benefit analysis that concludes with Water St being the clearly superior alignment. |
