It's not only about platforms extensions, it's about building the actual connection too. In your idea, where would you put the connection?Of the many ideas for a Nassau connection, only the Delancey/Kenmare remained on the table before it was eliminated itself. The others like connecting to the old bridge tracks south of Grand St. got eliminated during earlier studies. You don't expect the connection to be a flat junction to the Nassau tracks, do you? |
