While that's an intriguing idea, I'd like to see how much such a tunnel would cost. I've got a feeling that these three projects would cost much less:1) T to Court St 2) Connector between Hoyt-Schermerhorn and Pacific St. 3) Tunnel from 65 St to St. george. At that point it would be possible to explore merging the T with the SIR. |
