Instead NYC is so damn worried about lawsuits and has so little faith in their operators that their trains are lucky to reach 50mph at the bottom of a cross-river tunnel.Thats why they say our rulebook is "written in blood".. Past "incidents" have made the system they way it is.. Now you got Rookie T/O's STIL doing dumb stuff even with the system "scaled back".. |
