And when it does happen, the result is you're late. Period. Maybe you get a tardy slip (does MTA still habd those out). When I worked in aerospace in California, I took two buses to work. On Mondays I'd have to supervise a batch distribution so I needed to be at work by 6AM. The way I worked it out I was at work by 5:30AM, and if I missed my connection at the airport bus terminal to continue south, the next bus would still get me to work on time. I two years Iwasnever late. Not once. Shit happens to the unprepared. After that, you're either prepared or you're not. That's the difference between an adult and an adolescent. |
