Yes, at the risk of other lines. If all the transit funds/infastructure/manpower is a pie, OBVIOUSLY busy lines are going to and should get larger shares of the pie. It makes no sense to starve busy lines at the expense of less used lines. Everyone gets a piece of the pie, but some lines have to have much larger pieces. |
