Demand is up all over the system; the population in the Rockaways is o its way up, especially with new housing developments, and gas prices are still increasing. The two easiest ways off the peninsula are the A train and the Far Rockaway IRR line.NYCTA is now carrying 1.9 billion people a year. So yes, I think assuming that things have changed at Far Rockaway is an easy cal to make. |
