Question... does NYC have a third rail power cut button on the platform accessible to passengers in case they witness someone fall on the tracks or something?No nothing for the customers to use.. There is a box that us employees can use(in the tunnels) to cut the power IF we can get to it in time if we have to cut power. The power will come back on so we have to continue to use it. An alram goes off at the RCC and alerts them to the location. |
