The overall economic data IS the bigger picture. I just believe entirely that in the 70s that the city struggled, so much that the city needed a bailout event hough [sic] the #s show from what russ says a positive increase. You're still confused. The city's finances may have been struggling, but that doesn't necessarily mean that its economy was struggling. You don't seem to understand the difference. common sense dictates that a positive growth wouldn't result in economic hardship, let alone financial bailouts. What economic hardship? Financial bailouts have nothing to do with economic hardship. Quagmire. GIGGITY! |
