There's a problem where's your solution?By doing what we did in the 80s. Zero tolerance. They only win if we let them (like in the 70s). The vandals lost the battle in the past and they will again if we (thru the MTA) stand vigilant. I like good art and great murals as much as the next guy but most of the graffitti on 70s trains was pure garbage and subways are an inappropriate venue to express this art even when it's good. People have thought of your idea before. It doesn't work. |
