Well think again, there's potential of the MTA making money from the graffiti thats rampant in the system.What graffiti is rampant in the system? I see nothing, just a bit of willy-nilly tagging occasionally. And thanks to the anti-vandalism policies and technology (i.e. removable window covering on newer rolling stock), this doesn't really pose a problem. |
