This is the beginning of the Columbia Hiking Trail, 2 blocks from the High Bridge station:  Here's where the track would have merged with the existing railroad, now occupied by a parking lot and a gazebo:  I will walk this trail sometime in the spring. Of course it'd be convenient for more people to enjoy it if service on the RVL ran to High Bridge on weekends. |
