Actually, when the G was shortlined at Ct Sq, there was talk in the TA about having all G put ins and layups from the south end and having CIYd supply R-68 equipment to the line so that the line could run OPTO on weekends which it does now with R-46s anyhow. At the last minute, for whatever reason, the TA opted to let the G remain in Jam Yd. When the line is extended to Church Av, a change may be looked at again. |
