But not fumigating also has negative impacts. Which does the least damage? If you say "not fumigating" is better, I'll take your word for it, at least here on the chat board. Legislators can certainly press MTA as to why something can/cannot be done. And legislators cvan also say "We want this done, and not doing it is not allowed." Pushed hard enough, MTA will come up with a way to get something done. |
