I get the fact that some folks here do not like the practice of making sure the riders have left the train, but that does not mean the legislator has a role here.You misunderstand my motivation for suggesting legislative action. My main point is that the "fumigation" practice drastically limits capacity at terminals. Why shouldn't the legislature be concerned to increase service by some 10 tph at Forest Hills? Do you actually suppose that the public would not favor such a move? |
