I know that LACMTA consults with NYCT on a variety of issues although to my knowledge they haven't had NYCT employees working out here. All USA TA's should use NYCT as a resource as much as they can.I get the impression from both here and the news articles that WMATA's problems are prevalent throughout all layers of their organization. They need help everywhere. Someone like TD could only do so much. |
