But they aren't shutting it down, and really, there's no reason to shut it down. If they did, than the 2nd lowest station would be the "lowest use station", and then what? Not repair that one either? Shut that one down? Then what happens, the third lowest station is the least used. WHat should they do then? Not repair it? Shut it down?....and so forth.... |
