The service wouldn't really cause congestion and the Q22 wouldn't have to be altered in any way.If there was a connection between Flatbush and The Rockaways it would have to be elevated due to the sea level. The problem is NIMBYS would fight to keep trains from rumbling through their neighborhood. |
