Think conga-line between Woodlawn Jct and GCT. Cheapest alternative is building the el along the route. This can be the new Broadway-3rd Ave local from South Ferry local to 96, cross over to Lenox Ave then use a new connection north of 149/Third and there's your new 9 route to Gun Hill Rd. The last mentioned junction may be costly but in the end run, will pay off itself in a few years.Lord Vader |
