It would be a longer trip if the SIR was made a part of the R than if it was connected to the express portion of the 4th Av line just south of 59th St. A connection could be made to Hoyt-Schemerhorn, followed by a stop at Court St and through a new tunnel to Hanover Square.Now we've got the T versus the R for the SIR. The T would be faster. |
