Exactly!But that's what I mean. The "SEPTA" tracks were there before CSX were. They couldn't make as big of a stink like it was a brand new line coming in. So they were grandfathered in, in a way. I have wondered why they didn't add a crossing arm on the TECO line too while they were adding all these layers. |
