Its speculation on the Lions part..never the less,it a pretty good idea from a layman standpoint.The flaw being too many trains on Queens Blvd..too many trains in Jamica yard..not yard/shops servicing Astoria train directly..and a whole slew of other problems that need to be worked out...not to mention scheduling man hours and the like. |
