Neither does the E. Nor does the F. Nor does the N. Nor does the Q. I think grand's point was that the V doesn't have to be local in every borough justifies it as the route to run express in Brooklyn, instead of the F. I'm only pointing out that there are lines that do run local everywhere, like the R. |
