The 6th Ave IND has notoriously poor connections with the IRT <<< Only on weekdays because the entire line is shut down below Chambers. And even then, there are no direct transfers to the B, D, E and 1 trains. A combined M/V (or J/V) train would have direct transfers to all four of those lines. And you might not even need to transfer to them if such a service existed, because it would run parallel to those lines in Midtown. |
