Victory is barely wide enough for the on-surface street (one lane of moving traffic in each direction and one lane of parking on each side with a 5 foot wide sidewalk).THAT is hardly a Victory, if you ask me! 1) Eliminate the parking 2) Install LRVs ROAR |
