I'll bet that RandyO remembers if you don't ... when the 42's were new, they came with (IIRC) a "Frost King" ammonia-based air conditioning system that had a nasty habit of bursting pipe and SNOWING in the car. White powder dump. Any of you guys remember those? I had one such dump on one of my trains one day and when I walked back to the car, couldn't BELIEVE the mess. :) |
