If a bridge is cheaper (and I also thought they are), and RObert Moses liked them to play on his ego (which is irrelevant), and they are more practical, what is the argument here? He built tunnels and bridges, apparently tunnels where they were more practical, and apparently bridges where they were more practical, so obviously, he could have just built a "Midtown Bridge", or a "Lincoln Bridge" if he only built things to suit his ego. |
