Did you read the first paragraph: "Bus trips therefore had to be made on local roads, making the trips discouragingly long and arduous?"Moses had to allow trucks to access Jones Beach for deliveries and maintenance, otherwise the park would be unable to function. If trucks are taller than buses, then an obvious side effect is that buses would be able to access the park. |
