Indeed he did...but then again who could take a moron like that seriously...imagine he wanted to keep the NL office in Cincinnati and not where it belonged in Chicago or New York....But he wasn't the only piece of garbage in this sordid affair...there was baseball commissioner Ford C. Frick supposedly there to protect the best interests of baseball whose reaction to this whole theft of the franchise from where it belonged who shrugged his shoulders and said, "So they'll be Yankee fans. Big deal." |
