Yes. From the MTA web site:

Due to a steam pipe explosion in the vicinity of 41st Street and Lexington Avenue, please expect delays in service on the Midtown buses.

In addition, due to a water condition as a result of this morning's thunderstorm, E, F, R, and V service have resumed, with residual delays. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Also, due to a police investigation at Grand Central-42nd Street there is no 4, 5 and 6 service in both directions between the 125th Street Station and the Bowling Green Station.

Also, there is no S train service on the entire line and the 7 trains are bypassing the Grand Central-42nd Street Station in both directions.

As an alternative, customers are advised to use the 6th Avenue, 7th Avenue, 8th Avenue and Broadway lines.

Please expect delays in service on 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains at this time.

On the bright side, on Fox 5's 39th Street camera angle, you can now see the M101 bus behind the school bus.
