HA ha, are we learning yet?

Seriously, dwarf signals should be mounted low and to the right of the track they govern. Not just randomly placed there they seem to fit.

Someone needs the credit for installing the Unilens signals as opposed to some sort of MNRR style stack which can only ever display two aspects. This means that at least SEPTA can recover from its Rule 562 debacle.
