Fine. You're entitled to your fare and your choice but you ride the MTA system...not yours.

You don't have a choice but to ride what the MTA provides. If it gets rid of the F and says ride the V only because thats all we're providing, you're going to ride the V and like it or get on a bus or another route.

All I'm going to say is very simple, if you choose the F knowing its packed, then you choose it. But be happy thats its a sardine like train and don't be upset because the MTA decided what's best for commuters like you from Queens to Manhattan.

How do you know that the route is slower? And please don't use the whole express vs. local thing because I've lived in Jackson Heights and I know the line. I live in the Bronx now and riding the Lex, I can tell you that, during rush hours, everything is fair game.
