Build the Super-Express on top of the Queens part of ESA and then run it down the Old Rock. This would be the Queens SAS line. I know...the NIMBYs! Screw 'em!! NYC needs more subway capacity and something has got to give. Especially if a perfectly good connection from Queens to the SAS below 63rd goes unused. |
