The R32s were built by Budd. As good as Budd was, their products could be pretty overrated particularly by the railfan community. Other car manufactures could build cars that are just as good as Budd if not better. I'm not bashing Budd but there are other car manufacturers out there who can build railcars just well as Budd did. |
