I'm not going to debate whether the R-32 is overrated or underrated or anything else, but MDBF is but one particular metric. When a train of R-32's pulls in on the B, I'm happy, because I'll be able to sit in a comfortable seat and because the train won't rattle so much. In other words, when I'm simply riding the train to work, I'm more interested in my own comfort than in MDBF. |
