Rutgers: The line would turn right onto Flatbush, sharing a ROW with the Existing tracks to the Bridge, and then extend under that until the manhattan Br. crosses Jay, where the lines would merge. Ideally, a tie in would be constructed to DeKalb as well.Montague: Line turns left under Ashland/Navy, then right onto Willoughby. Connects to the line at flatbush ave ext. |
