I havent seen that bulletin rescended yet, as far as i know BB Loop is still "reveune" tracks..I'm sure you are correct. But the situation Bill described can occur exactly as easily on the City Hall Loop as anywhere else. My question is: why does NYCT consider Bill's points important on, say, the Bowling Green loop but not the City Hall Loop? The exact same incident Bill describes could happen equally well in either place. |
