A gross exaggeration on your part. In fact, everything I've been able to find on the web shows the opposite. The TA as an organization did not want to tear the El down so quickly but gave in to the merchasnts' collective request. Everyone regretted it later.That's why you have to do more than railfan to understand what MTA does or does not do and why. |
