I'd love to know if you can recover things on a memory card.However, does sound like abuse of power. You were detained outside the station. And you did get, what, 6 witnesses who were staffers telling you somethings illegal, thereby they were conversing with you. So even though those putz's will probably say they never saw you before, it's still not like you were randomly picked up without ever talking or seeing anyone. Too bad you weren't arrested though. then there would've been a paper trail and everything else accordingly. On the other hand, I bet you may have had a real attitude problem going on there too. Wonder if the badge numbers set them off. |
