I'd like to see a Utica Avenue subway built that starts at Kings Plaza, runs up Utica, west on Lexington, along the G line from Myrtle-Willoughby to Greenpoint, and then into Manhattan as a 23rd St crosstown that runs to Chelsea Piers, and then terminates at Javits. |
