"Impossible, since housing now exists on the former ROW."While I understand the point, the original suggestion isn't exactly "impossible." A bit of cash and a few good bulldozers would take care of that housing. "Impractical" and "unlikely," but not "impossible." Houses didn't stop Robert Moses. |
