I'm wondering the same thing. I'm a bit skeptical of the claim that they would create a full announcement program for a route that doesn't exist. Perhaps after Lexington Avenue it "turns off" so to speak and just displays a final destination. It seems more logical to me to program in the SAS once it is actually well under construction.Then again, WMATA trains have had the ability to show DULLES on their destination signs since the system opened in 1976... |
