While it is possible, it is characteristic of the way Hagstrom printed maps when lines were under construction. The maps showing the connection from Church Av to the Culver line and later from Euclid to the Fulton St el in the early 1950s were printed in much the same way. I also believe that the person who sent me the map has the original which would indicate that it couldn't have been photoshopped. |
