I remember back in `68 while patroling the A train.We had just left the hole at grant& went right thru hudson st[80st]w/o stopping.I,m thinkin`WTF? I talked to the m/m at lefferts&he was stunned that he had done it.He said I thought I didn`t stop.we had a good laff about it &that was that.I was with the same m/m talking to him at a redball when we encountered a rogue signal.It turned green for a second,he notched up& it turned red again,he did stop in time&told me that`s the first time in 15years he encountered that. |
