None of the other parkways were like the Bethpage Pkway. As far as I know they were all always divided. I remember when the Grand Central was widened from the Nassau line to the Interborough in the early 70's. (now J. Robinson) It was just like the Interborough.The Grand Central between Kew Gardens and Glen Oaks was built without a center median. |
